What this site collects
Offpeak (offpeak.co.uk) is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising, embeds no social media widgets and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our interactive calculators run entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter never leave your device and are not stored anywhere.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, the server that hosts these pages keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser user agent) for security and capacity monitoring. Logs are retained only as long as the hosting provider's standard rotation and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
If you email us at hello@offpeak.co.uk, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your message. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your address with anyone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Given the above, the honest answer will almost always be "an email you sent us, if any". Contact us and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
Changes
If our practices change (for example, if we ever add privacy-friendly analytics), this page will say so, with a new dated version, before the change takes effect.
