Write to hello@offpeak.co.uk for anything on the site. Three things we especially want to hear about:

• Corrections. A price that has moved, a grant that has closed, a sum that does not add up. Tell us the page and the figure; we aim to review corrections within a few days and we update the "last reviewed" date when we do.
• Unanswered questions. If you searched for something about home charging and we let you down, tell us what you were looking for.
• Real-world figures. Your installation quote, your actual pence-per-kWh, your winter range. Real reader data keeps our typical figures honest.

We do not offer personal advice on electrical work. Anything involving your consumer unit, earthing or wiring is a job for a qualified electrician.
